May 08, 2023Black Ops 6 Zombies: How to get the Beamsmasher on Terminus — SiegeGG
Terminus, one of the Black Ops 6 Zombies launch maps, features a new wonder weapon called Beamsmasher. Apart from being a useful tool for surviving higher rounds, this weapon is required if you're planning to do the map's easter egg.
For anyone who wants to learn how to get it, we have prepared a guide explaining everything you need to know.
There are two ways to get the Beamsmashers in Black Ops 6's Terminus: pulling it out of the mystery box or building it. So it will mostly depend on your luck if you follow one path or the other.
For those who gave up on trying their luck with the box, the first step is to turn on the power. We won't dive into this part because you can check out this guide.
The next step would be to get the platform where the Pack-a-Punch is out of the water. This short guide explains what you need to do to achieve that, but it's quite simple.
Now that we've touched on the first two steps, here is where the actual steps for building the Beamsmasher begin. Find one of "The Arsenal" machines and use it to add the Dead Wire ammo mod to any weapon.
This upgrade only costs 500 scraps, which you can get by killing zombies and picking it up from their loot.
After that, go to the Pack-a-Punch lift and make sure is at the lower level since you'll need it for the next step.
The next step is to shoot a series of electrical boxes to open the doors of a secret room. From the Pack-a-Punch lift and while having the gun with Dead Wire, interact with the panel to make the platform go up and keep looking opposite to the Pack-a-Punch.
The first electrical box will be behind some broken windows. After you shoot it, an electrical current will travel through a wire to the other box, which is immediately to the right of the lift.
Turn quickly and shoot the second box to make the current travel again. If you don't manage to get it in one try, you can go back down again and shoot it since there is no time limit and the current stays at the same box until you hit it.
The third box will be attached to the white wall behind the Pack-a-Punch at the top level.
The fourth box will be inside the house where the Juggernog is, on top of the second generator we used to turn the power on.
The last box is by the room's entrance, which is at the basketball course on the other side of the wall from the previous box, outside of the Juggernog house.
After you shoot it, the double green doors will open, revealing the secret room where you will find an incomplete Beamsmasher on the table at the back.
In the room, you'll find a zombie crushed by a large cabinet on the left side.
Kill it and they will drop an EMF FOB item, which you will use to open a suitcase located in the same room as the Elemental Pop perk machine.
Head to the Elemental Pop machine room and, as you can see in the following image, you'll see the suitcase on a table with a zombie hand attached to the handle.
Interact with said briefcase after you pick up the EMF FOB and it will open, revealing a Multiphasic Resonator. Pick that up and return to the room with the incomplete Beamsmasher.
Interact with the computer terminal, by holding down the interact button, to leave the Multiphasic Resonator on top of it. Now it's time to get the secret code, and you will need to activate three computers distributed on the map just by interacting with them.
The first one is outside the Quick Revive room, going out through the low-level doors. You'll reach a small balcony and the laptop will be on top of some crates to the right, as you can see below.
Get close to it, interact, and it will show a symbol. You dont have to remember this symbol as it will appear in a post-it note attached to the terminal back in the secret room.
The second laptop is on the balcony outside of the Stamin-Up room. Just go out through the doors on the lower level, and you will see the laptop to the right, similar to the first one.
The last laptop is outside of the entrance of the two caves that lead to the underground facility. To be more specific, the laptop is to the right of the mystery box spot, right next to the stairs that lead down to the port where you can get a boat to travel to the other islands.
After interacting with it, return to the secret room and it's time to decypher a secret code.
When you interact with the computer, three sticky notes will appear in front of you, revealing a symbol for X, Y, and Z. You have to use these symbols to find the corresponding number to each letter using the whiteboard to the left.
For instance, if your X post-it note shows two circles on top of each other with the top one filled, that means the number for this variable is 10 since all the symbols in that row have a 1 as the first digit and all the symbols in that column has a 0 as the second digit.
Once you have each number, solve the three equations on the other board and input each result in the three slots of the terminal.
If you don't feel like doing math, you can pay 5000 points to Dr. Peck and he will give you the code. Go back to the spawn room and you'll see him behind a window in the room where the first generator is.
After you give him the credits, the code will appear on a computer screen a little to the left behind the window.
The code is different for each game, so you will have to get it through either of these steps.
After putting in the code, you must go to the next round for the computer to calibrate and show where you need to go. Before you leave the room, interact with the computer terminal to pick up the Multiphasic Resonator.
Go to the island indicated in the terminal, which you can mark using your tactical map by opening the scoreboard. You will have to go to the port area and take a tactical raft.
You'll find a blue orb near the island's coast. Interact with it to place the Multiphasic Resonator underneath it, and now it's time to charge it. Stay close to the orb and once in a while, a beam of energy will touch one of the zombies.
Kill said zombie and it will drop a smaller energy orb that you have to pick up, by holding down the interact button, and carry to the giant orb where the Resonator is.
Make sure you create some space between you and the zombies since having the energy in your hand will make you slower and more likely to receive damage quickly.
You must do this process two times and then the orb will disappear. After that, pick up the Resonator and go to the next island to repeat the same process.
The orb will be green for the second island and purple for the third and last one. After you complete that, you will receive an AMP Munition part and you will be ready to build the wonder weapon.
Head back to the secret room and interact with the workbench table that has an incomplete Beansmasher to assemble it. All that's left to do is to pick it up and you are ready to go.
